I havnt updated although much has gone on.

I was schedualled to be deployed to egypt but no longer am because it would interfere with my ait in november. right now im schedualed to be stationed in upstate new york but trying to get that changed so i can stay here with margie and the girls. i got a van and margie got a frontier. the girls came back from their dads last night. today we went out to eat and took them to dairy queen for dessert. then we bought everyone rollerblades and man those girls have tallent. on my first day trying to skate i was like severely injured.

i dont know if im going to keep my livejournal. i really dont use it much and dont communicate with many people on here anymore.

if you get stationed in New york don't you get to take your family? Or is AIT in new york? How long is it again??

I thought that they couldn't have married people have different permanent duty stations. Wouldn't you go to AIT and then back to fort bliss? I thought that they would move her and the kids with you or at least have you sent back to bliss.... hum

thats one of the little underwriten conditions, "first duty station not gaurenteed" so it only helps if your staying in for more than 8 years.

There has to be something that you can do. Don't give up!! :) how much longer are you going to stay in? Is there anything Margie can do about getting out before her time so that she can be with you? Isn't there something called not adapting well or something where you/her can get out? Couldn't margie get preggers and try for that? I dunno. it's never fun to be someone where you don't want to be. Are you making this into your long term job thing?? lol, i'm up to date on my army terms aren't i. hehe
